About Erica Smith

I have resided in Belle, MO, for 26 years. I grew up in Owensville, just 20 miles east of Belle. I obtained my real estate salesperson license in 2013 and my broker’s license in 2021. I then decided to open Erica Smith Real Estate. Prior to real estate, I worked for Central Missouri Excavation Contracting Inc., a company my husband started in 2000. People are my passion. I love the real estate industry and the ability to meet and work with new people every day and to serve my family, friends, and community.
